Submerge Entry NozzleSubmerged Entry Nozzle (SEN)
We provide custom designed SEN, which have the following features:
1. High resistance to erosion: Depending on customer casting condition, specially designed slag line composition and advanced processing technique are employed to produce SEN of high erosion resistance against mould flux to fulfill customer requirements.
2. Excellent thermal resistance: With the functional gradient structure, our SEN exhibit excellent thermal shock resistance and can be used after baking just at 400° C, whereas the baking temperature for conventional SEN is around 1000° C.
3. Reliable Flow Control: By using new non-oxide refractory materials, the anti-erode and anti-corrode ability of SEN at the inlet area is much enhanced and reliable flow control is achieved.
